Cash, CPF and the Loan at Duet @ Emily
The 5 per cent booking fee is paid in cash. The 15 per cent due on signing may come from cash or CPF Ordinary Account savings, subject to the minimum cash requirement for the buyer’s loan tier. From the foundation stage the bank disburses the housing loan in step with construction, so instalments start small and rise as the conserved building is restored and the annex goes up.
