Married couples with at least one Singapore Citizen spouse, buying jointly where neither owns residential property, receive full remission of ABSD. A couple buying a second home before selling the first may claim a refund of the ABSD if the first home is sold within six months of the purchase of a completed home, or of the Temporary Occupation Permit of one bought before completion. IRAS conditions apply in full.
